Welcome to WAAMfest 2024!!! We are so excited to be back for year two of the area's most talked about music festival! We will once again be joining the Wayzata Art Experience in the official kickoff to summer on Lake Minnetonka. Last year's inaugural SOLD OUT event featuring Steve Aoki and Gryffin was a high energy weekend of fun, electrifying beats ...and infectious rhythms. We look forward to building on that with this year's sensational headliners - Alesso and Dillon Francis as the festival once again promises to be a unique and exciting experience for Midwest music lovers. The vibe on the beach in stunning Wayzata will be uniquely Minnesota as it melds art, music, beach, water and the inspiration of everything a Minnesota summer weekend is about!

WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?

Friday & Saturday – 6pm for General Admission. 5pm for VIP.

CAN I BRING CHAIRS?

No, chairs are not allowed.

IS THE CONCERT AREA HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, there is a handicap platform for viewing and the grounds are handicap accessible.

CAN I BRING IN COOLERS AND MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

There will be no outside food and beverage allowed.

WHAT DOES A VIP TICKET GET ME?

Access to the area directly in front of the stage, VIP bathrooms, VIP cash bar and tent and early access to the venue.

WHAT DOES THE MACANDA VIP INCLUDE?

Everthing included with VIP above plus pre show buffet at Macanda starting at 4:30pm running thru 7:30pm and exclusive access to the after party immediately following the show. The after party will feature two DJ's with sets until 1:00AM. This package will be limited to 300 people per night. Beverages will be available for purchase.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PURCHASING TICKETS?

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking is available on city streets where permitted, the city lot off of Lake Street and surrounding parking lots. Maps and any shuttle info can be found on the Wayzata art experience website.

IS THERE RE-ENTRY INTO CONCERT GROUNDS?

Yes, you may leave and re-enter by having your ticket scanned in and out.

RAIN OR SHINE?

In the event of inclement weather the show will be interrupted and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a "rain or shine" basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No, dogs/animals, etc. are not allowed on concert grounds.

LOST AND FOUND?

Lost and Found will be located towards the entrance of the concert venue. After the event, please email beachbash.hotline@rbaconsulting.com for any lost and found questions.

IS THERE A BAG POLICY?

In an effort to enhance security measures at Wayzata Beach Bash, there will be no backpacks allowed in the venue, and all purses will be subject to inspection at the gates.

No firearms or any weapons are allowed onsite, this includes pocket knives. Items will be confiscated and not returned.
